When I first started this business over 8yrs ago I often would ask myself how did the duct get this bad? Now, not a lot surprises me of what we find inside duct systems. What does surprise me, is the neglect or "look the other way" approach that I come across. 90%+ of the time systems / ducts have never been touched for maintenance. If they have been touched it was the contractor that got the job that was half or 1/4 the price of the other 2-3 bidders and the box was checked that they "did some maintenance." By the time we get involved its because there is a liability situation with a tenant or customer. The money you spend then is normally 3x more. This picture below is from a class A office job. Lawyers office. Clean inside from grid down - filthy air being - sick building syndrome cases throughout.

As we finish up this project, I’m humbled by the opportunities that continue to come our way. Hyper Clean Duct Cleaning gets to work in some of the craziest places. It’s so much fun, being behind the scenes of these type of structures are awesome to see and get involved with.

Couldn’t be more proud of my AEROSEAL team. We were called on a rush to head to NOVA to seal up new construction OA unit of 2 nine floor systems that couldn’t pass TaB. This one below started at 16.5% leakage and yes look how tight we got it. This certificate doesn’t tell the whole story hence the starting data not showing multiple seals, sealing just the shaft @ 1200 CFM of loss before sealing the entire run. The shaft had huge gaps in it and the AEROSEAL fog helped us find those. Hyper Clean Duct Cleaning
