See the photo below for a glimpse of some of the components! This project features a 3-inch jacketed transfer pipe designed for the efficient transfer of chocolate to a new storage tank. To maintain product quality and prevent waste, any leftover chocolate must be quickly removed. If not, heat from the jacketed pipe could degrade the chocolate, or cross-contamination could occur when switching between varieties.
