Let’s say hi to Brett Blom, Ryan Hackney, and Alison M., who are in Washington, D.C. this week for the Esri Federal GIS Conference! They’re connecting with experts, exploring the latest in GIS, and bringing back insights for the team. From climate resilience to resource management, GIS plays a key role in transforming data into action. Over the past few days, we’ve had great conversations about how thermal satellite imagery can help tackle challenges in water management, national security, and environmental monitoring. It’s been an insightful event, and there’s still time to connect! If you’re here for the final day, come say hi before we wrap up. ??

Some moments make you stop and realize just how far you’ve come. Last week in San Francisco, part of our team got to see VanZyl-2 in its final steps before launch. Standing in front of it, knowing it will soon be in orbit, was a surreal and exciting moment for all of us at Hydrosat. Beyond the satellite, this trip was about people. We spent time with our amazing partners at Muon Space visiting their offices, test facilities, and production sites. Their progress and installations are truly impressive, and we’re proud to be working alongside them. Oh, and if you’re wondering about the name ??Muon Space??, let’s just say their founder has a deep passion for particle physics. Ask him about it sometime, he has two great stories (one of them is even space-related ??). Launch is getting closer… ??? ??
