From Denver to Macau and back again, Ashley Cheng's Hyatt journey has come full circle! Starting her career at Hyatt Regency Denver as Assistant Executive Housekeeper and rising to Assistant Hotel Manager in 2008, Ashley has showcased her exceptional leadership across the globe. After contributing to the opening success of Grand Hyatt Macau, she returned stateside to lend her expertise to the pre-opening team at one of our sister properties, Thompson Denver, in 2021. Now, we’re thrilled to have Ashley back at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, where her passion for hospitality will undoubtedly elevate our guest experience.
