We invest in the people who stand beside our customers. Our annual Aftermarket Expo provides dealers and employees with hands-on experience in the latest parts innovations and service solutions, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to provide the best support possible. Our Continuous Education Program (CEP) builds on that commitment, offering field teams training on new equipment, service solutions, and the skills needed to strengthen customer support in the aftermarket. 2. We take time to celebrate those who go above and beyond. Recently, we honored our Technicians of the Year, inviting them and their guests to a special event and a visit to our corporate headquarters, where they had the opportunity to connect with their colleagues, share experiences, and reflect on the impact of their work. Their dedication keeps the industry evolving, and we’re proud to celebrate their success. 3. We recognize the efforts of those working behind the scenes. During our latest CEP training, we celebrated a group of field team members and factory support personnel through a peer-to-peer recognition program. Their work may not always be in the spotlight, but they are vital to addressing opportunities that arise in the field as efficiently as possible.
