We’re thrilled to announce a major milestone for Hustle 2.0! Jacilyn Kennedy, MBA has stepped up as Interim President of Hustle 2.0! ?? Jacilyn has been a rock for our organization in the past three years. She’s served as our Director of Operations, Prison Programs, leveraging her vast experience in strategic management and program operations to maximize the potential of incarcerated people across the country. In a field where female leadership is rare, we couldn’t be prouder! Since Jacilyn joined our team, we’ve expanded to 780 prisons and are now serving more than 12,000 incarcerated individuals across 47 states. By the end of the year, we have contracts in place that will allow us to serve 25,000 participants. Our evidence-based, trauma-responsive curriculum is making waves: 81% of graduates report a reduction in violent misconducts. Hustle 2.0 works. It’s scalable. But we’ve just scratched the surface. Cat Jackson is now serving as the Chair of Hustle 2.0 and is collaborating with Jacilyn on the following two big initiatives: ??? ?? Digitizing Hustle 2.0’s curriculum to expand our reach. ?? ???
