We have big news to share: Hussey Seating Company has entered into an agreement to purchase select assets from Camatic Seating, an Australian-based competitor known for its high-quality chairs. This strategic move fills a key gap in our current product line, allowing us to make rail mounted exterior beam seating, considered to be the de facto standard in new outdoor stadiums. Additionally, this expansion means a wider variety of seating options for the arenas, auditoriums, universities, and places of worship we partner with, solidifying our position as the global market leader in spectator seating. The transition of Camatic’s assets into our manufacturing operations will take time and we will provide regular updates throughout this process, but we look forward to combining the high level of quality that Camatic has come to be known for with the power of Hussey’s global infrastructure.
