Job Title: Back-End Developer (Full-Stack Engineer – AI Application) Location: South Florida/ Boca Raton, FL??Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract About Us: We are on a mission to develop an AI-powered wellness application that helps individuals heal from emotional trauma and anxiety. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back-End Developer to build a scalable, secure, and efficient system to support our AI technology. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain the back-end architecture of our AI-powered application * Develop and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front-end and AI models * Work with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), Node.js (Express, Nest.js) * Build and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or MySQL) * Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSO) * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security * Integrate AI/ML models into the back-end system * Manage cloud services and deployment using AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure * Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform for containerization and infrastructure management * Ensure high availability and fault tolerance through proper architecture planning * Collaborate with front-end developers and AI engineers to create a seamless product Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in back-end development * Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, or GoLang * Experience with database management (SQL & NoSQL) * Proficiency in API development (RESTful & GraphQL) * Experience working with AI models, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs * Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) * Strong understanding of security best practicesand data privacy regulations * Experience with serverless architectures(Lambda, Firebase Functions) * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions * A team player with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to our mission Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis * Familiarity with blockchain-based security for data privacy * Prior experience in mental health or wellness applications * Experience working with vector databases and embeddings for AI recommendations Why Join Us? * Work on a meaningful project that makes a real impact on mental health * Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology * Competitive compensation and growth potential
