A Huntington Health Caregiver Reunion
On March 8, 2023, at 32 weeks pregnant, Celina Lemon woke up hypertensive and losing consciousness. With three lives hanging in the balance, Celina was rushed to Huntington Hospital's Emergency & Trauma Center, where more than 25 caregivers across three departments were mobilizing. What happened that day and in the days that followed forever changed the lives of all involved. Hear their stories.

Huntington Hospital’s critical care unit (CCU) recently received a silver-level Beacon Award for Excellence from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). This award recognizes unit caregivers who successfully improve patient outcomes and align practices with AACN’s Healthy Work Environment Standards.
