The Nature Conservancy (@nature_org) is looking for an Undergraduate Conservation Programs Intern! This remote internship is a chance to gain hands-on experience in conservation programming, community outreach, and event planning. Hunters of Color is working to increase Black, Indigenous and people of color participation in hunting—not just as a sport but as a connection to conservation, food sovereignty and ancestral traditions. Co-founder Jimmy Flatt grew up with a love for the outdoors, but as he moved into hunting, he struggled to find a welcoming community. Instead of giving up, he created one. Hunters of Color is on a mission to diversify hunting and conservation. Through educational events and mentorship, and in partnership with The Nature Conservancy, they're opening doors for underrepresented groups to engage in sustainable hunting practices that support biodiversity.
