I wanted to share a milestone accomplishment for my Hunters Capital Team! After overcoming some delays, I am thrilled to announce the grand opening of our latest building, Capitol Hilltop, where I had the privilege of serving as the Lease-Up Community Manager. Despite the challenges, we opened our doors with an impressive 49% of units pre-leased! The event was a wonderful gathering of our current residents, local Hunters Capital commercial tenants, and key partners. A special thank you to Marlon from Blu Dot for staging our model unit, which was toured by many walk-ins throughout the day. This celebration marks a significant accomplishment for our team, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve achieved together. Here’s to many more successes ahead! ???
