We were thrilled to host our first-ever NAV Lending Summit Series in Tokyo and Seoul, bringing together senior professionals from banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pensions and consultants across the Asia Pacific region for an in-depth exploration of NAV lending. ? The series kicked off with a private asset luncheon in Tokyo, attended by senior executives from leading Japanese institutional allocators. Throughout the series, attendees gained valuable insights from industry leaders including Richard Golaszewski, CFA, Mike Arpey, Phillip Titolo, CFA, Jennifer Carnithan Choi, Michael Mazzola, and Angie Batterson. The discussions explored the fundamentals of NAV lending, key considerations for LPs and GPs, ILPA’s NAV-Based Facilities Guidance and the latest market trends. We had a great time at this year’s Women’s Private Equity Summit hosted by With Intelligence - Women's Summits, where both Global Head of Capital Formation Conway Bate and Assistant General Counsel Sheena Shah had the opportunity to take the stage. ? Conway had the privilege of interviewing Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman about the evolution of the liquidity landscape, why liquidity is paramount for LPs and GPs today and how Nasdaq Fund Secondaries partners with GPs to source liquidity for their LPs.
