Last weekend Hunt Midwest President & CEO Ora Reynolds was honored with a Star of Touring Broadway Award at the 2024 'Breaking Ground' Starlight Gala! The awards are presented annually by The Broadway League, the national trade association for the Broadway industry, to recognize the board members, government officials, donors, and volunteers who support and champion the touring Broadway series offered in their hometowns to expand the reach of the best live theater across the country. Congratulations, Ora!

Last week we were boots on the ground! We hosted a lunch and walk-thru at an ongoing project with Hunt Midwest and H2B ARCHITECTS, INC.?More than 100 guests were in attendance to eat some homegrown Jack Stack BBQ and see the action. Thank you to everyone who came out!

We love the opportunity to talk about KCI 29 Logistics Park, Hunt Midwest Business Center, SubTropolis, and all of our ongoing projects — and it's always a treat to see so many friends and colleagues across our industry in the same room showcasing their tremendous work!

Work is well underway on Hunt Midwest Business Center Logistics VI, kicking off the final phase of the 2,500-acre industrial megasite. The 306,556-square-foot Logistics VI facility is already fully leased and construction will be completed early next year! ?????
