#SIOP25: HumRRO’s Alexander Burgoyne will present his research at the poster session, Effects of Practice on the Reliability and Validity of Attention Control Tests, on Friday, April 4, at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Conference in Denver. ? What are the consequences of people having different amounts of practice on selection tests? Dr. Burgoyne and his co-authors investigated how practice affected the psychometric properties of selection tests and their correlations with fluid intelligence and working memory capacity.
