Embarking on the journey through business school can be daunting—academically and personally. But here at Howard University, our MBA program stands apart. It's not just about individual achievement; it's about community, collaboration, and collective growth. One of the hallmarks of our program is the absence of cutthroat competition. Instead, our students prioritize building bonds and supporting one another. It's about creating an environment where everyone can thrive together. This spring break, our first-year students exemplified this ethos by organizing an MBA retreat. It was a time for reflection, connection, and fun. They came together to share their experiences, aspirations, and goals in a relaxed setting—a testament to the camaraderie and spirit of togetherness that defines Howard University. A special shoutout to Camille Wallace, EIT, and Nicole Deberry for spearheading this initiative and embracing the Howard way of fostering community among classmates. It's moments like these that truly embody the essence of our MBA program. Here's to many more shared successes and adventures ahead! #HowardMBA #CommunityOverCompetition ?? #blackexcellence #theHUway

Exciting updates from last weekend! Our MBA students Camille Wallace, EIT, Sabouna Johnson, and Akeisha Gregory represented Howard University at the KeyBank and The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business's 20th Annual MBA Student Case Competition. This year's case focused on leveraging generative AI to enhance efficiency and profitability in regional banking. Despite facing tough competition, our students delivered a strong presentation that resonated with the KeyBank judges. Kudos to Camille Wallace, the team captain, for earning the Best Q&A award, and a special thank you to Denice C. Ware and Tanya Penny-Woods for supporting our students in this endeavor.
