It's been a week since we wrapped up #HumanX2025 and we've seen over 150+ pieces of media coverage from the likes of Bloomberg, The Information, Fast Company, Fortune, TechCrunch & VentureBeat! HumanX rang in a new era and today’s NYSE Opening Bell! For its first gathering, HumanX united “pioneers, builders, and decision-makers” shaping the future. Wrapping Up an Incredible Week at HumanX 2025!? ? What an inspiring few days in Las Vegas. HumanX is one of the best AI conferences of all time, and it was a privilege to be part of its first edition debating what’s next for AI and how we ensure innovation is both impactful and responsible. ? I had the pleasure of speaking on the panel "AI, Ethics, and Where to Draw the Line" alongside Rodrigo Liang (SambaNova Systems) and Krystal Hu (Reuters). We tackled AI regulation, transparency, and accountability, because AI must be built with ethics in mind from the start -- it’s not something we can “fix” later. I also highlighted the growing disparity in AI regulation: while we’re seeing a broader push for deregulation at the federal level in the U.S., states like California and Colorado are moving forward with their own frameworks (like the California AI Laws and the Colorado AI Act) which serve as blueprints for the rest of the country. I’ll be sharing the video of this conversation soon, so stay tuned! ? I also led the roundtable "Have We Exhausted Creativity in AI Models?", where I explored a very contemporary issue: why do mainstream LLMs generate eerily similar responses. The takeaway? Most models today are trained on the same web-scraped data -- data that is inherently biased, unchecked, and that infringes copyright. On top of this, the models are all benchmarked against the same frameworks, making billions of dollars in investment redundant. This also highlights that not only is web-scraped data ethically questionable—it’s simply not cutting it anymore. The future of AI lies in high-quality, diverse, and ethically sourced closed data. ? After a successful week, one thing is clear: HumanX was THE place to discuss and disrupt the AI landscape. ? The Secret to a Great Event? Make Networking Feel Effortless. Last week, I attended HumanX in Las Vegas, and I have to say—this was hands down the best event I’ve seen for visitor satisfaction and organic networking. As much as we all attend events to make sales, connections, and future deals, the reality is that walking up to a stranger and opening with "Hi, my name is... I do this..." can feel forced. HumanX took an entirely different approach by making networking inevitable, and every event organiser should take notes: ?? A therapy dog park – Meet your next investor because they also have a pug named Milo. Great for stress relief, even better for conversations (and great PR for a local dog therapy company). ??♀? A wellness lounge – Events are exhausting. Give people a place to relax, breathe, and bond over how genius the wellness lounge is. ?? Free group charging stations – No more lonely corridor charging! Stand, power up, and casually network without looking desperate. ?? A free headshot studio – More useful than a photo booth (because let’s be honest, no one has updated their headshot in years). Also, chatting with the people in the queue? Built-in networking. Thank you HumanX for my new LinkedIn photo! ?? A hidden all-day speakeasy – So well-hidden, you needed someone to tell you it existed—making for an instant intro. I, for one, fully embraced my role as an event guide, casually telling people stood outside "You know that’s a speakeasy, right?" …and, of course, they had to follow me in to believe me. ?? Daily networking breakfasts & lunches – Instead of the usual grab-a-pastry-and-stand-awkwardly setup, HumanX had seated tables—forcing actual conversation. And it worked. Connections were made, people weren’t eating alone, and no one was pretending to be very interested in their coffee cup. ???? A real-life Glinda the Good Witch... but with prosecco – No direct networking benefits, but tell me that’s not an instant conversation starter? P.S. This is not an ad, I just appreciate good event planning ??

My team ?????? the buildathon @ the HumanX conference last week!! We built a multi-agentic tool that takes the chaos out of group scheduling (because trying to find a time that works for you and your four friends shouldn’t feel like solving a quantum physics equation) ?? In just 48 hours, 40 builders came together, 13 teams pitched, and 3 teams took home the win. We were one of the 3! ?? #HumanX #startup #AI
