Revisiting Harmonics We introduced Humantific Innovation Harmonics in 2001 to explain how we can connect the key drivers together in organizational contexts. It is a systemic view across the drivers. The purpose is to align the clock change rates of each dimension to be more aligned with the accelerated and constantly changing clock change rate of the marketplace. At the core of Harmonics is recognition of the inclusive, Behavioral Ambidextrous, human-centered view of what innovation actually is. That view provides a lens to map and manage each dimension in an organized manner...how much energy is geared towards creation and how much towards optimization. We use the model to have focused conversations around each dimension. Some dimensions in the model have multiple dimensions within as described in the Humantific: Ambidex Continuum Model.
