    Chatbots and conversational AI in recruiting are not just about "chatting" with bots or conversing with AI. They should be about outcomes, transactions and getting candidates to the next step (there should be an outcome for every candidate) - whether that next step is scheduling an interview, getting questions about the company answered, dispositioning to a silver medalist list in the ATS for further followup or quickly letting the candidate know they are not a fit for the role at had but may be a fit for others. It has been super exciting to see how folks are using our chatbot agents, purpose-built for outcomes based on use-case and embeddable right inside email and SMS campaigns and correspondence!

    What a blast speaking to the Zeal Capital Partners extended family at Zeal Summit last week in DC about the large-scale positive impact Humanly is making for recruiting teams with our product. Thank you Nasir C. Qadree, Susannah Burrage, Stefanie A. Thomas, Emily Zhen, Richard Odior, Bianca Phillip, Jason Green, Graham M. and Tom Muscarella for bringing this group together. I had a chance to meet with several founders, customers and future of work, wealth and wellness leaders and hear their thoughts, wants and needs. We are listening daily in building a high-quality AI recruiting product with an ethical, human-first approach. Recruiting is human-driven, and so often AI (as with any relatively new and hyped technology) is a solution in search of a problem. We're here to learn about the problems first, then use AI and technology to help our customers save time and money while accelerating their people and process investments. I had the chance to share about the massive strides we've made since our acquisition of Teamable earlier this year in allowing our customers to sync jobs from their ATS' and have qualified candidates on their calendars the next day, while building a pipeline of silver medalists for their next opening. We've done this by bringing together our candidate database, sourcing campaigns, chat agent screening/Q&A and scheduling automation to save swats of recruiter time and produce a seamless Human (recruiter) handoff. As I shared with the group the response from our customers has been amazing and we are just getting started! (4.9/5 on G2! Link to organic customer reviews in comments).
