I had the honor to represent the Human Trafficking Institute and celebrate our partnership with the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Virginia State Police, and the Secretariat of Public Safety and Homeland Security. To share the stage with the Attorney General of Virginia, the Governor, and some inspiring survivor leaders was indescribable. HTI brings human trafficking experts to train and empower law enforcement and prosecutors to hold traffickers accountable for their crimes. January is deemed National Human Trafficking Prevention Month, but let’s continue the fight every single month!
