Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Knowledge of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Time Study, 5S, Kanban, Standardization, JIT, PDCA is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to work overtime as necessary. Must be at least 18 years old and meet CMC attendance standards. Previous internship experiences are preferred. Your Education: Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering or Operations Management program (Junior/Senior level preferred).
