Transforming LTSS Eligibility for Oregonians! Last week,?Human Services Group (HSG)?had the privilege of wrapping up a game-changing effort with?ODHS, the Area Agencies on Aging (AAA), and our favorite service dog, Olive! Together, we concluded our tackling the?LTSS eligibility process (financial & program), designing a system that not only works better for those who rely on these essential services but also improves financial sustainability. The results??Recommendations that can?shift from a 45+ day process to just days or weeks in many cases—a monumental win for Oregonians in need. This success is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit of everyone involved.?HSG is?proud and humbled?to have walked alongside such a committed team in this critical work. *Better processes mean better lives. *Better systems mean better service.
