Jaclyn brings extensive experience leading transformational change in high-growth environments and has a proven track record of developing effective, high-performing teams. Formerly the Senior Manager of Implementation for the Western U.S. at Paycom, she oversaw $70M in annualized client revenue, championing strategic initiatives that boosted efficiency and client satisfaction. A passionate leader who values coaching, team cohesion, and culture-building, Jaclyn is poised to steer our Managed Services and Advisory Team to new heights. She’s equally enthusiastic about fostering leadership at all levels and ensuring service excellence for our clients. When she’s not spearheading new initiatives, you can find Jaclyn enjoying life with her two children and husband, James—who together will be celebrating 10 years of marriage?this year! Jaclyn also loves experimenting with new recipes, staying active on her Peloton, and catching her favorite reality TV shows (The Bachelor?and?Love Is Blind?are her go-tos).
