Our chapter had a great meeting last night! We congratulated Naomi McCall, M.A., SHRM-SCP from Innovation Foods on receiving her SHRM-SCP, congrats again Naomi! We were also joined by Gene Venuto from PMA Philadelphia, who gave our group an excellent and thoughtful presentation on Emotional Intelligence and how to integrate EI into AI tools for practical utilization in the HR field. Also, a special thanks to Shelly Suich from Paylocity on sponsoring our meeting last night! Please join us next month for our breakfast roundtable on December 10th at the Vineland Hampton Inn from 8:00am-11:00am! This roundtable will be hosted by Megan Knowlton Balne and Carol Asselta, where we will be discussing Employee Handbooks--“Your Friend or Your Enemy”.
