The Inegrated Trauma Symposium goes through the entire month of March. While I wait in line for my skates, let's talk about the rink chatter. We are at all-time highs of mental health challenges. Tracking the data in loneliness, depression, burn out and more give us clear indicators during these unbelievable spikes. Just like the lady in the picture below, sometimes you can feel like you are all alone. But you are not. don't sit in the shadows, reach out and get the help you need. There are people like Sharon, jenlyn, Cara, Janet, Amber, Kathy and others are standing in the gap to help others. Check out their work, books, courses and more.
