The Community Center currently has open front desk volunteer opportunities for welcoming and assisting guests. This will allow us to extend our public opening hours. ? Volunteers have long played a key role in LGBTQ+ community centers around the country. Our community center is no different. Almost twenty years ago, it was a small, determined group of volunteers that founded the organization. That people power has been part of the Community Center since. While we took a pause in recent months as we reorganized, it is time to throw open the doors, and with spring around the corner, the timing could not be better. ???? ?The Community Center currently has two open volunteer opportunities: 1. Staffing the front desk and welcoming guests, allowing us to expand the hours we are open to the public. 2.
