Spent a couple days this week in Orlando with the best Accounting Team in the industry. So much fun!!

What a week! We had all of our Controllers in Orlando for an annual meeting including a full day with Maxwell Leadership to focus on what good looks like when it comes to coaching. Then we sent them off to the happiest place on earth with their families. You know you want to join us in our journey to be the best dealer group to work for…

I can hardly believe I get the privilege of being around such remarkable people. This group includes dedicated moms, loving dads, brothers, daughters, sisters and sons that create the fabric of the very best of humanity. It includes faithful spouses and committed friends like each of us need to navigate life. Oh yeah! They are also some of the brightest leaders in our industry. Congrats on your graduation and excited to share your future??

We are thrilled to be able to recognize our talented advisors and technicians! Last week we hosted our first ever fixed ops tournament where our techs and advisors competed in front of over 50 supporters.
