Accelevation, a data center infrastructure manufacturer, has recently opened its new 264,000-square-foot facility at the First Flight Commerce Center in Miamisburg, Ohio!!! The building features a 36-foot clear height, eight dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, 267 parking spaces, and 66 trailer parking spaces. This Class A master-planned industrial development is expected to bring in over 600 jobs to the region, which is a significant milestone for the First Flight Commerce Center. Our FEATURED project for the month of October is the recently remodeled office space for Mammotome HQ. The space includes all new finishes, carpet throughout, upgraded LED lighting, new modern ceiling pads, a café style break room for their employees, and views as far as the eye can see. HuDawn Construction partnered with Mammotome in mid-April to complete the build out of their 25,000sqft office.
