CRM Cleaning might be worse than dumpster diving… Since we integrate directly with our customers CRM’s, we see a lot of dirty CRM data. I am also far from judging here, at Hubly we have more CRM records than I know what to do with and it's a constant challenge to clean, scrub, and maintain. After a long CRM cleaning session the other night, I asked myself why not build a CRM cleaning tool for our customers? Think 1-800-GOT-JUNK but for your CRM, all you do is point and bad CRM data disappears! ?? I honestly laughed out loud because of how silly it sounded but at the same time, it felt like an absolute dream ?? I spoke to my engineering team and we are seriously considering building a CRM cleaning tool for all Wealthbox and Redtail CRM users which can be used if you are migrating CRMs or even for some regular spring cleaning. ?? I want to make sure I am not crazy about this problem.
