Yesterday afternoon, a small group from HUB Heartland took the initiative to educate themselves on life-saving skills by completing First Aid, CPR, and AED training. Thank you, Battalion Chief Alan Thompson, from the Upper Arlington Fire Department for taking the time to teach them. ? With February being American Heart Month, it’s a great time to ask yourself: Would you know what to do if someone was in cardiac arrest or choking? We challenge you to take the step and get trained—it could mean the difference between life and death. Be the person who takes action.
