HUB Culture & BelongingSpotlight: HUB Women Network
In 2010, one of HUB’s California offices launched the first local chapter of the HUB Women Network. Over the next six years, this effort expanded across all of California. In 2019, HUB Women California merged with HUB Women in Sales Network to become our first company-wide Employee Resource Group with members spanning across U.S. and Canada. HUB Women Network was a 2020 Finalist for the Business Insurance D&I Award for Positive Impact across the sector.

These are some words HUB summer interns have used to describe their full-time, paid, 10-week internship experience with HUB International. At HUB, our interns work collaboratively, shadow experts, and actively participate in industry events, while gaining exposure to the vast career opportunities within insurance.
