  • April 3, 2024, Huayou Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. and Sonid.inc., South Korea, officially signed the establishment agreement for a pretreatment joint venture. Sonid Representatives Mr. OH JUNGKUN, President Mr. PARK JUN-IL, Huayou Recycling Executive Vice President Mr. Bao Wei and Vice General Manager Mr. Lee Won Chan attended the signing ceremony. As an important hub connecting Huayou Recycling to the global recycling path, the Joint Venture aims at collecting used power batteries and factory waste for producing black powder to enter the Huayou’s recycling system through extraction of lithium, cobalt, nickel and other battery raw materials, which effectively promotes Huayou Recycling’s overseas waste and renewable resources supply chain.
