Gentle reminder of what I can control and accepting what I can't control as we power through this week (Friday is almost here!). Understanding this is a powerful mindset so you can focus on what is directly under your control and stop spending energy on what you cannot control. We can sometimes obsess over things that we cannot change to the point that we become mentally exhausted. Instead, learn to accept and let go so you are freed up to work on what actually matters.
