The state of Oaxaca passed its first animal protection bill!

Lawyers from the Dog Meat Free Indonesia coalition have submitted three legislative proposals to the House of Representatives to transform companion animal protection in Indonesia, including a ban on the cruel dog and cat meat trades.

Rescued and recovering! All of the dogs who were once awaiting death in a slaughterhouse restaurant in Viet Nam are now safe and in our custody. They are resting and receiving the care they desperately need. ?????? And no other dogs will await the same fate; our contract with the slaughterhouse owner ensures they will never return to the dog or cat meat business or any trade involving other animals. Our support enables them to transition to an alternative, profitable, sustainable livelihood, and we remain in contact with them.
