Content Creation & Live Events. Clients who love using our service are often nonprofit community or regional hospitals serving rural or underserved areas. Our recruitment process enhancement (RPE, not RPO) model and tools allows us to truly collaborate, partner and coach with our clients on clinical candidate attraction. We share lucrative resources with our clients which has resulted in a much more cost efficient model than RPO, contingency or retained recruiting. This type of offering (subscription-based recruitment sourcing with no long-term contract) is relatively unheard of in the U.S. healthcare recruitment market.
