As the year is coming to an end, many people are thinking about their “next”. They are evaluating their roles and are setting out to make changes in the new year. It’s a chance for a fresh start or to do something new. This of course, has me focused in on the ways in which we can continue to change the dynamics of work. As #HR leaders, we can lead the transformation of organizations into truly becoming people first. Many orgs claim to be already but are they doing more than creating wow worthy employee experiences? Are they getting to the root of what that means? Are we really making work and life better for our people? In today's dynamic business landscape, the traditional approach to work is no longer sufficient. It’s time to shift our focus from fitting people into job descriptions to building work around people and their strengths.
