Transform 2025 has wrapped, and all we can say is WOW! Actually, this year felt so special, we’re going with WOWEE! From the moment registration opened, the energy was electric. The conversations, the connections, the content... it all mattered. Our speakers challenged us to think differently, to push ahead, and to make a real impact. Torin Ellis set the tone as emcee, bringing his signature honesty and authenticity. He didn’t just host. He led. And he crushed it. The Transform community showed up in more ways than one. Together, we assembled 3,000+ care kits for sick children and their families at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Las Vegas, helping to raise $50,000 for six incredible charities. Giving back is part of who we are as a community, and seeing so many step up was nothing short of inspiring. The EXP was buzzing! Booths were incredible and packed with real solutions for the future of people + work. Innovation was everywhere, and the conversations happening across the floor were next-level. And the connections went beyond networking. At the First-Time Attendee Welcome, people sat next to strangers and walked out as friends. Throughout the conference, we overheard conversations that weren’t just about work but about people's lives, like a dad proudly sharing that his daughter got into her PhD program and another conversation about a shared moment over becoming a parent to twins. And then the Official After-Party by Greenhouse Software, Guardian Life, and HiBob. After three packed days of learning, leaning in, and thinking big, we got to just be together. We danced, we laughed, and we celebrated exactly what makes this community so magical. To our Transform team, your hard work, passion, and dedication made this all possible. To our visionary leader, Samara Jaffe, thank you for believing in this, in us, and in what’s ahead. To everyone who joined us this year in person or supported us from home and to all of our awesome sponsors and partners, THANK YOU! Transform 2026 is already calling and we can't wait to welcome you back at Wynn Las Vegas on March 23-25, 2026! Until then, see you in the online community. You belong here. ?? #Transform2025 #FutureOfWork #HRCommunity #PeopleFirst #SeeYouAtTransform2026

What an electrifying few days at Transform 2025 in Las Vegas! ??? Surrounded by visionary leaders, groundbreaking innovators, and passionate professionals, I am leaving feeling truly inspired and energized about the future of work. This wasn't just another conference; it was a glimpse into the next era of how we collaborate, lead, and thrive. From the insightful keynotes on leveraging AI to revolutionize the way we work, to the powerful discussions on building truly inclusive and equitable workplaces, the message was clear: the future is not something we wait for, it’s something we're creating right now. Key takeaways that resonated deeply ?? : ?? Embrace the AI Revolution: We're not just talking about automation; we're talking about augmented intelligence empowering every aspect of business. We consistently talk about the importance of "making it easier for employees to work within our organizations". There is no excuse not to leverage AI as a channel to do just that. ?? Leadership is Evolving: Leading distributed teams requires empathy, adaptability, and a relentless focus on fostering connection. ?? Inclusion & Belonging is non-negotiable: no further explanation needed. ?? Innovation is Relentless: The pace of change is accelerating, and we must be agile and open to new ideas. A special shoutout to some amazing friends who made this week fun and impactful: Alex Seiler Tiffany Stevenson Scott Honken Tiffany Lanier Julie Bank, SHRM-SCP Danny Guillory Amira K.S. Another fantastic (and exhausting!) HR Transform wrapped up! 24 hours to squeeze in: ? 25 vendor meetings ? 12 product demos ? 4 TA Heroes met and, of course, some selfies for engagement! ? 3 speaker sessions ? 2 new sponsors confirmed for upcoming TA Social events in SF! ? 1 Amazing dinner with Kula, TeamOhana and friends! HR Transform never disappoints, huge thanks to everyone who made it so productive (and fun). I'm looking forward to next year and planning 3 full days! #HRTransform #TalentAcquisition #HRTech #Networking #TASocial #transform2025

Have you ever fought to build a business case, bend over backwards to get approval, begged and bartered to get coverage while you're out of office--all to attend an industry conference? It's hard to make it make sense when everything is about ROI and efficiency these days... But holy moly is it worth it when you get to spend three days with some of the most brilliant people in HR, talent, and tech!!! Transform has quickly become one of my favorite events in the industry: The content is interesting AND useful, the attendees are ahead of the curve, and the vendors actually care about the problems we're all facing. Forever grateful to my girl Natalie Egan for encouraging me to check this one out--and to Samara Jaffe for giving me the chance to make my own mark on the event. My arms are tired from all the hugs, my cheeks hurt from all the laughter, and my voice is totally shot after solving the world's problems with some of the coolest people in our space. Never not attending ever again!!!

This week at #Transform2025, we had the incredible honor of welcoming so many of our Transform Chapter Ambassadors and Advisors from across the country and around the world. These leaders are bringing the Transform movement to the local level, creating spaces where people-first leaders can connect, collaborate, and drive real impact in their own communities. Our Transform Chapters are shaping the future of people + work through shared ideas, meaningful conversations, and strong relationships that go beyond the conference. Seeing so many of you together in one place has been truly inspiring, and we can’t wait to see how these connections continue to grow throughout the year! A huge thank you to our Ambassadors and Advisors for everything you do to build this community. #TransformCommunity #FutureOfWork #HRInnovation #PeopleFirst #Leadership

We are excited to announce our newest funds at SemperVirens Venture Capital -$177M to fuel founders transforming how we work, access healthcare, and create wealth! We believe that great #VCs don’t just write checks—they open doors. Since 2018, we’ve delivered $100M+ in closed revenue for our portfolio through our ecosystem. Whether you are selling into the enterprise, health plans, hospital systems, brokers, or through other software systems - we can help. If you're building something new in the #futureofwork - let's talk!! Thank you Leo Schwartz and Fortune for covering our story.

Transform is a community of communities and this is so wonderful to see Eugene Lee! Thank you for sharing. ?? We're honored you chose to host HR Confidential at #Transform2025. #PeopleFirst #Leadership #Upskilling #KeepingItReal #Collaboration #Community
Yet again, the last few days at Transform have been incredible. At our own 2nd annual HR Confidential sessions at Transform, we had talks there weren't canned speeches or playing it safe. Our purpose was to breakout of the big rooms, solo speakers, and surface-level conversations. HR is personal, but in those settings, it’s tough to have real, honest discussions. So, we made it smaller, more direct, and focused on the hardest parts of the job for those HR leaders who know a lot but don’t always get to say a lot. Well, on Monday, we said it. We talked AI, DEI, and even DOGE. These forces are shaking up workplaces, and we dug into what actually matters and what’s just noise inside our organizations. HR Confidential is a close session and safe space but below is a high level of our discussions: ?? Employee Growth & Engagement – Employees value growth, connection, and inclusion. Asking the right questions helps uncover what truly matters. ?? Performance & Measurement – Define clear outcomes, align on key terms (e.g., work-life balance means different things to different people), and improve performance management. ?? AI & Workforce Planning – AI can enhance workforce planning, identify blind spots, and streamline processes—but it needs thoughtful, guided implementation. ?? Trying to cater to everyone can dilute effectiveness: "When you try to be everything to everyone, you accomplish being nothing to anyone". Thank you to our panelists for keeping it spicy: Helen Russell, Danny Guillory, Kelley Steven-Waiss, Alex Buder Shapiro, Gianna Driver, Juli Gilbert, Nancy Nazer, Ph.D. ICD., Melanie Naranjo, Bryan Power, Donald Knight, Heather Dunn, Jessica Swank, Coco Brown, Shelly Morales and Serena Ziskroit JD, MAPP. Torin Ellis, Judy Park, Jason Corsello, Julie Yoo and I transitioned to talking VC on Tuesday with how our firms think similarly and differently and what we look for in founders. Finally, thanks to our team who made it all happen: Julianna Vitolo, Michael Yang, Amanda Ashford, Norma Castro, Darrell Etherington, Xaviera D., Jess Duerden, and Kim Moore. Thanks to Neil Motwani and TD Securities for being such great partners in this. And of course a special shout out to Samara Jaffe!
