We have a wedding we're heading to today!! Congratulations to my niece and her fiancé for tying the knot. We're heading out so the rink is temporarily closed, but I want to leave you with some love and thoughts for this #FunkyFriday. We are so thrilled at HR-4U INC. to be running forward with our Transformation Kitchen? program. Beginning in January we will be working with Boys & Girls Club of Newburgh to teach young adults culinary and life skills. The video is of our first Chef Mentor, Chef Mike Casanova doing his thing and I took some of his personal statement to add into the video so make sure your listen to the few minutes of the entire video. He's using his skills to help Tez Jackson, our first student hone his skills and earn a living wage.
