Happy Saturday. Yesterday, I was leading the conversation for an incredible men's group I am part of called IronTribe. Being around people I don't know, and opening up about my thoughts relating a particular subject to my journey makes me anxious and uncomfortable. But this group makes me feel safe. It is a space for sharing, learning, unlearning and growth. Yesterday we talked about Grace. How we show up and give it to others, the boundaries we need to protect ourselves, and why it is so difficult to give grace to ourselves. I'm still working on giving grace to myself more freely.
