Lockwood engaged in hands-on experiences with international cargo management, strategic deployment operations, and logistics processes, which deepened his understanding of sister service functions. Lockwood exemplified the program’s mission to foster professional development and promote knowledge sharing between SDDC and SCOW. His recognition highlights the impact of joint logistics initiatives in enhancing mission readiness and interagency cooperation.
