High Performance. Delivered.

关于我们

HPO Coach specializes in marketing consulting, executive coaching and leadership development for individuals and teams. Giving your talent the tools to be more effective is the fastest way to create value for your company. This is easier said than done. Most managers have little time (and sometimes limited skill) to develop their team into a high performing organization. They are asked to balance a lot of priorities in order to grow the user base, make campaigns more efficient, build better products, improve the customer experience, drive revenue - all the while missing the fact that their teams are the ones at the center of delivering on all these objectives. With over 20 years of experience developing stellar teams and coaching individuals at all levels of the organization, I am committed to bringing a deep knowledge of leadership development with an acute business sense to your company. Organizations that recognize the need to develop their employees into high performers tend to be ahead of the competition. They often require the help of someone who is solely focused on helping the team become exceptional, but it is hard for companies (especially cash-strapped startups) to justify hiring a full-time employee to hold that role. Bringing in a third party resource is a more cost-effective solution and allows the company to benefit from the latest thinking in the domain of organizational leadership. It also allows for an impartial party to provide unbiased feedback and develop a plan uniquely matched to the needs of your company or team.

Elections are over. It's time to get back to normal and get back to business. I'm curious how companies are reacting to the results. How will it (or not) change hiring dynamics, contractors vs. FTEs, expand vs. shrink? Elections were just one of the unknowns. What other unknowns are limiting your go-forward strategies? Just curious. Unless we ask ourselves hard questions, it becomes difficult to move forward. Please share your experience and wisdom.
