Have any of your friends joined your startup? We are beyond excited to share that Ines Anita Kl?ss has become part of Howie full-time now! Our paths first crossed at the beginning of our journey when Yannick Koitzsch and I were selected for the amazing XPRENEURS Incubator by UnternehmerTUM, Europe's top incubator program (which btw got rated as Europe′s leading innovation hub second time in a row by Financial Times). It was an incredible experience, taking us from just an idea to actually launching a company. This all started a year ago, and Ines was working at the accelerator, driving innovation efforts. While I don’t remember the exact moment we met, I do remember feeling an immediate sense of her dynamic yet grounded personality. Whenever we hit a roadblock, Ines was there, volunteering to help and solving problems with incredible speed. Her energy was contagious—she's effective, easy to work with, and someone you can truly trust. After the program, we needed a lot of support, and Ines became our go-to freelancer, helping bring our vision to life. So, when we finally secured funding, it was an easy decision-Ines was the one we wanted on board (#1 founding employee). What’s Her Role? Formally, she’s a Founder’s Associate and my right hand. In reality, Ines runs all operations and is deeply involved in both strategy and implementation. With her unique background in Business, Sustainability, and Global Health, ?she brings a fresh perspective to both our product and organization.
