We're thrilled to welcome Kelly McBeth as the newest member of our Executive Council! After two decades of experience in Texas government relations, Kelly joined Howard Energy Partners in 2024. As VP of Government Relations, she and her team integrate the company’s “more and better energy” strategy into all facets of the company’s outreach. Her team works closely with business development and operations to build strategic alignments and navigate myriad regulatory issues, crafting dynamic strategies around issues related to worker’s compensation, taxes, eminent domain, safety and permitting. Before joining HEP, Kelly led Texas Energy Lobby, a niche lobby shop focusing on all areas of the energy sector, oil and gas, pipelines, water, radioactive waste disposal, electricity, hydraulic fracturing and carbon capture.
