We’ve redefined what it means to be a center for film culture in America’s most diverse city—expanding opportunities for emerging filmmakers, supporting independent venues, and creating new platforms for storytelling. With your contributions, we were able to: ? Pay 117+ artists, including 72 from Texas ? Showcase films from 22 countries ? Partner with 40+ local organizations ? Install state-of-the-art digital projection equipment at the historic DeLUXE Theater, establishing it as a serious film venue in our community. ? Host our first bilingual screening & panel, with Air Alliance Houston, CEER, and Tecolotl. ? Support the renovation of the River Oaks Theatre, a beacon for independent film since the 1940s ? Create dynamic year-round programming including the Houston Media Conference, Admit One Analog Film Showcase, Houston Cinema Arts Festival, CineSpace, and Borders | No Borders.
