To our members, friends and supporters, as our time as the Executive Leadership Team of this esteemed organization comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude and pride as I reflect on all of our amazing accomplishments during the 2023-2024 term. It has been an absolute honor to lead such an amazing group of leaders where together we have achieved remarkable milestones and made significant strides towards our shared vision of empowerment communities and changing lives. From organizing impactful community service initiatives to advocating for important social justice causes, hosting the 2023 NUL Conference and showing a rededication to youth empowerment, each one of you have played an integral role in shaping the future of our wonderful city. #HAULYP was fortunate to partner with Houston Food Bank ?? this weekend for a day of Community Service and massive impact! Volunteers supported the Senior Citizens Box Program where we prepared 900 boxes and helped organize 23, 625 meals. ?? #ThisIsHAULYP
