Feature Frame Friday ? 408 Jackson in Greenville, SC, is a redevelopment project transforming an office building adjacent to Fluor Field, home to the Greenville Drive, a Class A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The name “408 Jackson” pays homage to Shoeless Joe Jackson’s remarkable .408 batting average in 1911, with his museum incorporated into the development. This downtown Greenville project spans 2.8 acres and features 227 apartments along with 4,539 square feet of retail space. Completed in 2022, the project was developed and operated in partnership with Woodfield Development.

On Monday, November 18th, MHO broke ground at ?????????????????? ????????????, a 120-unit affordable housing community in Arden! ?? Lakeshore is the ???????? ???????????????????? ?????????????? ?????????????? developed by MHO since 1995. Construction will begin in early 2025 and is expected to be completed by Winter 2026. Special thanks to our community members who attended the groundbreaking, including the ?????????????????? ???????????? ?????????????????? ?????? ???????????????? ???????????????? from Dogwood Health Trust, First Citizens Bank, NCHFA, Buncombe County Government, Asheville Regional Housing Consortium, and CAHEC. We also welcomed Housing Studio as the project's architect, Civil Design Concepts, PA as the project's civil design engineering partner, and WEAVERCOOKE Construction as the general contractor. ??
