Last Friday, our dedicated staff teamed up with our wonderful partners at the Austin Apartment Association and Move For Hunger to stuff and sort 850 Thanksgiving bags for HACA residents. They're being distributed this week. Many thanks to everyone involved for helping to make a difference in our residents' lives. The HACA team wishes everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving.

HACA was proud today to show off our newest affordable housing community: Bridge at Estancia in South Austin. We were joined by our partner in the project, The NRP Group LLC. Together, HACA and The NRP Group have worked on several communities across the city.

Yesterday, our HACA team came together for a fantastic fall party at Bouldin Acres! It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and strengthen our connections outside of the office. We shared laughter, great food, and engaging conversations. Events like these remind us of the incredible team we have and the important work we do together for our community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable. Here's to more moments of camaraderie and celebration!

Friday, we were thrilled to celebrate the transformed Pathways at Chalmers Courts! ??? HACA proudly marked the remarkable journey from 158 outdated units to 398 modern, mixed-income homes in the heart of East Austin. This wasn’t just about new buildings; it was about revitalizing a neighborhood and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. With expanded services and state-of-the-art amenities, we’re excited to contribute to Austin's vibrant future. A huge thank you to our incredible partners, dedicated team, and the East Austin community for making this vision a reality. Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive Austin. #PathwaysAtChalmers

At HACA, we’re “Building Tomorrow Together.” Working alongside members of our Austin community, we are committed to connecting our low-income neighbors with quality, affordable housing – now and in the future. With work at Chalmers Courts completed, we’re turning our attention to historic Rosewood Courts. But that’s not all. Check out our 2023-24 annual report to see what else we’ve been up to, as well as a sneak peek at some of the great things planned for our next fiscal year.??
