It just announced that it will submit to a popular vote, a change in the law to authorize new build in Switzerland. Nuclear is the top contributor, 26%, to electricity consumption in Switzerland, ahead of Hydro, and far above anything else. Whether nuclear is in produced in Switzerland or imported from France, it has long been unconceivable to do without it. Europe is slowly coming back to its senses.
