Excited to share a recap of our *fifth and final* site visit of this phase of HouseCall VR's collaboration with the VA through the Greenhouse Initiative. The visit brought us to the?Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in Biloxi, MS, where testers completed 33 modules in a single day. We received an incredible amount of thoughtful and insightful feedback. The Veterans and healthcare professionals that participated were generous with their time and perspectives, providing exactly the kind of input needed to ensure these modules are impactful, user-centered, and meaningful. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for their collaboration and hospitality—it made this visit both productive and inspiring. A special thanks to Liz Williams and Sheena Strong, Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System Innovation Specialists who made it all possible!! After wrapping up the hard work in?Biloxi, we treated ourselves to a short detour to New Orleans. It was a great opportunity to unwind, reflect on the journey, and enjoy the unique culture and energy of the city before heading home. Now, with this round of UX testing complete, it’s time to put all this amazing feedback to work as we refine and finalize the HouseCall VR Diabetes Patient Education Modules for deployment early this year. Another Milestone with the VA Greenhouse Initiative! The HouseCall VR team conducted the third product refinement session, this time in Sheridan, WY, as part of the VA iNet Greenhouse Initiative. With 15 testers and 42 modules completed, this marks a significant step in delivering innovative patient education solutions. ---- Driving Health Literacy and Equity Deep product discovery isn’t just about refining features—it’s about addressing critical challenges like *health literacy* and *health equity*.
