They showed how our team leverages SketchUp to USD/NVIDIA Omniverse workflow to enhance design capabilities, enabling seamless transitions between various platforms. The event is an opportunity to connect, learn, and explore the role of geospatial technology in planning innovation. We’re excited to highlight how our geospatial solutions are creating a positive impact in diverse communities.?There are four talks we want to highlight: - Empowering Economic Justice in St. Louis: The St. Louis Development Corporation’s Economic Justice Action Plan is using a digital twin in The Ville neighborhood to promote equitable growth and economic opportunity. - A New Vision for Ca?on City, CO: Ca?on City’s new Comprehensive Plan leverages GIS to meet growth demands with an informed vision, actionable development strategy, and robust land-use guidelines. This will include some never-before-seen geospatial AI tools. - Building Trust through Community Engagement in Dallas:?Discussion how the city utilized GIS to engage communities and build trust with their comprehensive plan, ForwardDallas. - And finally, John Houseal, FAICP and Devin Lavigne will be reviewing some of the latest projects that we’ve been working on. We are excited to be back in Dubai, joining Esri once again at GITEX GLOBAL Largest Tech & Startup Show in the World. Houseal Lavigne's geographic approach to urban planning is resonating with cities worldwide. Our collaboration with Esri and technology partners like Trimble Inc. &. SketchUp, NVIDIA & NVIDIA Omniverse, and Epic Games & Unreal Engine are enabling us to create 3D digital twins that are pushing the boundaries of urban design and GIS. One of our newest projects that generating a buzz is the Digital Twin application we prepared for the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC). We were hired by the SLDC to showcase the catalytic impact of four key projects in the Ville neighborhood. Among these is the Monarch on MLK, a 15.39-acre site poised to become an innovative transit-accessible workforce and training campus for manufacturing and other high-paying, in-demand careers. Building on this exciting project, we used a playable monarch butterfly as a catalyst for change, transforming the neighborhood as it flies through.

That’s a wrap on the Montana APA State Conference! It was great connecting with friends, colleagues, and clients in Lewistown. Our team presented on Gentle Density strategies, discussing how to accommodate density increases while addressing community concerns like affordable housing and maintaining neighborhood character. We also showcased our digital twin and scenario planning tools for the City of Lewistown, which will help the community guide future growth.
