Our classic stone-ground products have been an important part of Southern culture and cooking since the company’s founding in 1812 in Eastern North Carolina. From traditional cornmeals, breading for fried chicken and seafood, and hushpuppies, to flavorful biscuits, grits, and cornbread, House-Autry has helped bring families together for great-tasting food. We strive to be stewards of authentic products and milling processes in our quest to introduce all consumers to Southern crafted goodness.
